1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

- The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Custom or special-order items.
- Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the customer.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email sales@rechem.org with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Approval: We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sales@rechem.org. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned under our return policy.
